Voicefinder has been declared the winner of the second stop of Venture on the Road. The program was organized by BStartup (Banco Sabadell), SeedRocket, and Wayra, Telefónica's corporate venture capital arm, with Google Cloud joining as a collaborator. Following its first stop in Asturias, the traveling event returned this Thursday, January 16th, to Aragón. This year, it maintains its objective of seeking the best investment opportunities in each region and giving early-stage startups the chance to present their projects to investors and build a high-quality professional network.
At this second stop, held yesterday at the Ethiopia building, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology Center, Venture On the Road collaborated with local partners thanks to Zebra, La Terminal, Fundación Aragón Emprende, Instituto Aragonés de Fomento, CEEI Aragón and Zaragoza Activa.
The four finalist startups were:
- Cropi: a digital solution that helps the agricultural sector become more efficient and sustainable, simplifying farm management and regulatory compliance.
- Innovoros: An application to motivate citizens to recycle their waste through financial incentives and gamification, and by certifying the recycling efforts.
- MediaValue: A B2B SaaS that helps pharmacies with their digital transformation by directly connecting them with laboratories.
- Voicefinder: A platform that connects creators and companies with the best human voices on the planet and their ethical AI clones in more than 50 languages.
At the Zaragoza event, the speaker was Darío Méndez, co-founder of ElTenedor.es, mentor at SeedRocket, and investor. He gave a presentation titled “The ‘Wonderful’ World of Entrepreneurship,” where he discussed his experience as an entrepreneur, sharing successes and failures, as well as valuable advice for anyone venturing into the world of entrepreneurship.
Voicefinder, the winning startup of Venture on the Road Aragón, has secured its place in the national final, to be held in Madrid in May 2025, alongside the winning projects from the other upcoming events. Participants will also be able to join Google Cloud's Digital Natives program with up to $2,000 in credits valid for 12 months, an architecture review and technical support from the platform's engineers, as well as priority access to advanced training programs from Google Cloud Platform. Furthermore, they will automatically be entered into the selection process for SeedRocket's Entrepreneur Campus (33rd or 34th edition), to be held in May and November 2025, respectively. Venture on the Road will continue its tour through various Spanish cities to locate talent and promising startups at a regional level, beyond the major hubs such as Madrid and Barcelona. Specifically, the event has already visited Gijón and Zaragoza and will soon be held in Seville, Bilbao, Girona, and Alicante.
